Aubrey Plaza

Aubrey Plaza, born on June 26, 1984, is an actor and comedian famous for her irreverent sense of humor. She is the character April Ludgate on Parks and Recreation. After performing sketch and improv comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza launched her own web series with the Jeannie Tate Show. Later in her career, she went on to star in Judd Apatow Funny People, Scott Pilgrim and The World. Celebrate her birthday! Aubrey Christina Plaza, daughter of Bernadette Plaza (an attorney) and David Plaza (a financial specialist), was born on Wilmington Delaware. She is the daughter of the Puerto Rican father and an English-Irish mother. Plaza was a graduate of an Catholic all-girls high school in 2002. She then attended NYU's Tisch School of the Arts in 2006. When she was in her senior year at high school, she was president of the student council at the Catholic school for all girls and was a part of Wilmington Drama League performances. Plaza suffered from paralysis for a duration of time during 2004 due to an accident. She is now fully recovered. Since 2004 Plaza has been performing sketch and improv comedy on The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York City. In New York, Plaza has been performing stand-up shows at The Improv as well as The Laugh Factory. Plaza was seen as Robin Gibney on E.S.P.N. Mayne street and In The Jeannie Taye Show featuring Robin Gibney, along with the premiere episode of Terrible Decisions featuring Ben Schwartz. She was on the show Troopers of CollegeHumor as the Princess, a satirical Sci-Fi character. Plaza first made her debut on saxophone in the Cassorla film Bona Fide in 2014. But she made her debut with Father John's Misty's Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings' in the year 2012. Then, as Hawaiian Coffee a Gnome, Plaza made an appearance on HarmonQuest the show in 2016 as an actor. She also portrayed Aaron Burr in Drunk History as well as Cat Adams for Season 11 of the C.B.S. TV series Criminal Minds. The actress had a stunning comeback in the show's Season 12. In the following year, it was revealed that Plaza would appear in the indie show An Evening with Beverly Luff Linn.
